About this listing

Palm Trees is an imposing hillside villa and guest house with a large private pool. It is located within it’s own grounds on the gated Anchor Estate near Whitehouse on Jamaica’s South Coast. Whitehouse is a very safe area.

The villa is about 200 ft above sea level and 400 yards from the Beach. The views over the Caribbean Sea are amazing and there is normally a gentle relaxing breeze. All the rooms in Palm Trees have high vaulted ceilings and fans.

There are three double bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom has it’s own lounge area and en-suite shower. The other two bedrooms have a shared en-suite shower.  The lounge/diner/kitchen is spacious.

The dining area has a six seater dining table and a TV a radio/CD player. The lounge area has  a three piece suite the kitchen is separated from the lounge/diner by a bar style counter with bar stools. All the rooms face the pool and have sea views

If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, you'll incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount. For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date, with additional processing time depending on your financial institution. If you need to modify your reservation dates, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Failure to arrive without canceling as per our policy will result in the full booking charge. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
