If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, you'll incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount. For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date, with additional processing time depending on your financial institution. If you need to modify your reservation dates, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Failure to arrive without canceling as per our policy will result in the full booking charge. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
